Hi, I’m Mark. I work as a creative director with Tiny Ark, an end-to-end production company in Dublin, Ireland. I have a wealth of experience in brand strategy, graphic design, video production, motion graphics, music performance/composition and creative arts education.

I’m highly organised, a natural leader, an empathetic communicator and an excellent motivator. These skills have allowed me to art direct and serve as creative lead on multiple international projects for global businesses. I’ve worked with many of Ireland’s top creative agencies and brand strategists, including Zero-G, Windmill Lane, Rothco-Accenture and Thinkhouse.

I’m experienced in executing pitches, securing contracts and working closely with clients and project stakeholders. I have art directed large-scale branding projects and marketing campaigns for Smurfit Kappa, The Abbey Theatre, Carmichael, Saint Patrick’s Festival and Mater Private Network

I love working with diverse groups and have a passion for education within the creative arts. I have taught Music Production with Music Generation Dublin City, and have spent many years guest lecturing at IADT. I have held lecturing positions at University of Limerick (Audio and Video Production) and BIMM Dublin (Branding, Marketing, Media & Communications).

I grew up in Co. Wicklow where, in my early-teens, I discovered a thriving DIY punk scene. I’ve been performing, writing and recording ever since. I’m a founding member of Enemies, with whom I have toured across Asia, Europe and the US. My solo electronic work as Royal Yellow has received radio play on the UK’s largest stations, as well as a song placement in the BBC/Hulu series Normal People. My collection of recorded works totals over 12 million streams.

I’m at my best when part of a diverse team of hard-working, passionate people. My guiding principle is that great work results from trust, confidence and lots of play.

Outside of work I get my kicks from running, swimming, hiking, gigs, the  cinema, reading, chatting with mates, seeking out good veggie food and collecting records.
